2. Graduate of any 4-year college course preferably with high scholastic records.
3. Very good background English and writing communication skills.
4. Computer-literate.
5. Team player and works well with others.
6. Flexible and willing to learn.
7. Background on creative writing is an advantage.
8. Can work in workshifts with less supervision.
