SAMULCO (Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative) is looking for a General Manager who will oversee SAMULCO's business operations which includes savings and credit, health center and grocery store.
Qualifications:
-At least 35 years old, male or female.
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA); a master's degree in any business-related course is a plus factor
-At least eight (8) years experience in savings and credit operations, three (3) years of which in managerial/supervisory capacity.
-Strong organization, leadership and financial skills; effective communication, as well as the ability to recognize the need for strategic change and initiate it.
-Knowledgeable of the Philippine Cooperative Code, lending act, grocery and diagnostic center management, legal/labor relations; willingness to embrace cooperative values and principles.
-Must be computer literate
