Wanted: General Manager

Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative is hiring for fulltime position of:

General Manager

Qualifications:

• Male or female, at least 35 years old
• A master's degree in any business-related course is a plus factor; preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least eight (8) years experience in savings and credit operations, three (3) years of which in managerial/supervisory capacity
• A positive attitude; strong organization, leadership and financial skills; effective communication, as well as the ability to recognize the need for strategic change and initiate it
• Knowledgeable of the Philippine Cooperative Code, lending act, grocery and diagnostic center management, legal/labor relations; willingness to embrace cooperative values and principles
• Must be computer literate; strong computer skills is an advantage
